Hampton Inn & Suites Binghamton/Vestal

Nothing it was excellent and staff was very friendly.

Liked the place, had a wonderful stay for the holidays. The location was nice, really close to other areas, and restaurants/shops and Binghamton University, in a very very nice area. In the evening we visited Wendy's, set just close to the hotel.

Shame the bathroom was dirty.

The adjoining rooms provided perfect space for the teenagers. Consider asking for rooms close to the exit for easy access.

The suite was the right size when traveling as a family. My teen enjoyed her space and tv while we relaxed after a long drive in the bedroom.

Please add larger garbage can or provide garbage bags like you provides popcorn

The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is warm with yogurt, waffles and also yogurt smoothies. The suite is newly remodelled and decent sized.

Phone call nite before arriving front desk person Brian was the name, curt and condescending very poor attitude. Seemed to be bothered about my questions concerning shuttle service to golf tourney at En joie GC! Room was a little noisier than what we experience at other Hampton Inns. Could use. A new mattress in 209. Soft/worn surprised at no mention of HHS member ! Front desk was. Unmanned for. Approx. 10 minutes upon our arrival approx. 1 15 pm

The indoor pool was good and provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring nearby Binghamton University. The rooms were clean and modern. Plus. The breakfast could use a bit more variety for a more enjoyable start to the day.

I've stayed here before and this time was even better! The staff was super friendly, and the indoor pool was a nice addition for relaxation. My room was clean and spacious.

Families will love this place

The warm breakfast had a huge spread, and the kids were delighted with the make-your-own waffles. We even had an unexpected visit from the housekeeping staff to check if we needed anything, a nice touch.

Great spot for a weekend getaway! We loved exploring the scenic Vestal Trail and visiting the nearby Binghamton University. The rooms were clean and modern. The indoor pool was a bonus. Breakfast was decent, and the staff were super friendly.
